Dr. Kristina Torrence
MD, MPH, FACOG
Owner
Dr. Torrence loves being a part of the Hagerstown community. Her passion for women's health and wellness started in college during a mission trip to South America where the disparities in women's health care needs were made evident. This passion continued to grow throughout her journey through medical school in Mexico and residency in Newark, NJ. She realized that women often had misconceptions about their health and their healthcare needs.

She is a board certified OBGYN who treats every patient like a family member. She loves learning new and innovative ways to treat health. Her passion for integrative and regenerative medicine has led to her journey in medical aesthetics and wellness. There are more than options to improve one's health through alternative modalities not offered by conventional medicine.

Dr. Torrence believes in treating individuals at every level and helping others realize their best selves

Lorraine Bowen
CNM, CRNP
Owner
Lorraine grew up in Hagerstown and has spent the past 32 years caring for our community. Starting her career as a critical care RN in 1992 at Washington County Hospital, then becoming a maternal-infant nurse on labor and delivery in 1994, she returned to graduate school to The Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing to earn a Master of Science in Nursing in nurse-midwifery in 2006 followed by a post-graduate degree as a nurse practitioner in 2007.

She has served the OB-GYN needs of the women of our community since that time.  In addition to continuing medical education in women’s health, she has pursued additional training in mental and sexual healthcare.

Building on the many years of caring for the intimate needs of women: body, mind, and spirit, she delved into studying medical aesthetics and how these modalities can address the unique changes that occur in the human body through simply living our lives.
“How exciting to be living in an era when through a variety of comfortable and safe treatments, we can embrace what we like, improve what we don’t, and look and feel great along the way!”
